Pressria Bridge ("the Software") is developed and operated by PODSoft. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use Pressria Bridge.
We are committed to minimizing data collection. We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide and maintain the Software.
When you register or use Pressria Bridge, we may collect the following:
The Pressria Bridge desktop application does not upload your design files, PDF files, or nesting output to our servers. All file processing — including the inspection and repair of customer files — is performed locally on your machine.
When a print shop uses Customer File Intake (u.pressria.com), the files its customers upload are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 so that Pressria Bridge can download them. Files that Pressria Bridge has downloaded are deleted from our storage automatically, and files that are uploaded but never submitted are also deleted automatically.
Pressria Bridge offers Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) as an optional authentication method. When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the following information from your Google account:
We use this information solely for account creation and authentication. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google services.
You can revoke Pressria Bridge's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions.
Pressria Bridge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored on servers located in Seoul, South Korea, operated by Vultr (Apache and MariaDB) and protected by Cloudflare. We apply industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and access controls.
We retain your data for as long as your license is active. Upon account deletion request, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
PDF inspection metadata is retained for as long as your license is active and is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
